i appreciated the quick responses from the landlord, they clearly care about the hotel. check-in was smooth, and i found a convenient parking space available. the location was quiet , and the free wi-fi was beneficial .
the shower proved somewhat challenging , as its temperature regulation was a bit unpredictable.

the fast free wi-fi was available, definitely a plus.
The room had a strange, strong musky smell that i couldn't ignore. the bed was not comfortable at all. It seemed old and very used (i think it's time for an upgrade). the bedsheets kept slipping off during the night, pretty annoying.

the room was a nice size and furnished actually. gaining entry was easy and straightforward. the price was great and i found parking quite accessible.
sound isolation was poor, and some people had a very loud conversation at 3 a.m.

Check-in was simple, and the room met my needs perfectly for the night. the provided kitchen had a washer and dryer. This. i also had fast wi-fi, free, and the signal was very strong.
I noticed the walls and doors are very thin. I could hear some noise from other people in the house.
